How to create a questionnaire and add pages with questions to it

A questionnaire contains a set of questions that will be sent to the respondents. Questionnaires can be of the type SURVEY or DIARY. To create a new questionnaire, press on the + button in the DESIGN tab of a study and select the type you want to use.

Create a new questionnaire

The newly created questionnaire is displayed as a new card in the list of questionnaires. You can change the questionnaire name by clicking on the edit icon.

Adding pages with question to a questionnaire

To add questions to a questionnaire, press + in the list of pages. Each question is displayed on a single page (web, one screen in the Opiria app). In the dialog that is opening, select the question type you would like to use and press ADD. The question is added and displayed as a card in the list of pages. Select the question card to configure the question. The page name can be edited by clicking on the edit icon on the card.

List of questions

You can insert pages with questions at any place in the list of pages by pressing the corresponding + button between the page cards. Pages can also be rearranged using drag and drop.
