For questionnaires of type Survey following configuration options are available:

  • Number of allowed answers per participant: this number defines how often a participant (respondent) is allowed to answer the questionnaire. You can either enter the number of allowed answers (at least 1) or chose to allow an unlimited number of answers. In this case the respondent can answer as often as he wants.

  • Number of hours between answers: this is available in case that the number of allowed answers is bigger than 1. In this case you can define if there shall be a minimum period of time (in hours) between two answers of the same respondent. For example, if the hours between answers is set to 24, then the respondents can answer only once every 24 hours. The survey disappears from their list of surveys after answering it and appears again 24 hours later. If there are no restrictions on how frequently a respondent can answer, select the no time delay between answers option.

Mobile diaries have no answer configuration. They can be answered by default an unlimited number of times with no constraints upon the feedback frequency.
