With the Multimedia Feedback functionality the respondents can better explain their answer by adding additional information like images, videos, audio recordings or text comments. The multimedia feedback works in the Opiria app as well as in the web surveys. Respondents can upload multimedia from any device (pc, smartphone, tablet).
Multimedia feedback is available for all question types excepting Message and Introduction.
To enable multimedia feedback, select the check boxes for the types of media you want to allow for that specific question in the question details area. In the Opiria app and in the web survey respondents can attach different media elements to their answer, as shown in the screenshot below.
