Add tags and comments to responses

Tagging

Before adding tags to responses, please check the tag definition section.

Tag definition

To add a defined tag to a response, go to the ANALYSIS area, select the response and open the Answer Details dialog using one of the options:

  • From the Individual responses list, by clicking on the magnifier icon at the left of the participant ID.

  • From the Global customer journeys, by clicking on the answer card

List of tagged responses

The Answer details dialog shows all information available for that response like: question, answer, date and time of answer, respondent's comments and uploaded media files (if available), location of the answer (if available) as well as associated tags and notes.

To add a tag to the response, click on the Tags filed in the Answer details dialog and select from the displayed list of tags the tag you want to associate with the response. Multiple tags can be added to one response. To delete an association, click on the x at the right of the tag name.

Example of a tagged response

The tags associated to responses are listed in the Individual responses in the Tags column. In the TAGS tab at the left of the analysis area responses can be filtered by tags. Thus only reposes having the selected tags will be displayed allowing to analyze by specific tags/categories.

Notes

Notes are used to add comments to responses. Thus, colleagues working in the same team can communicate and leave notes and remarks to a response.

To add a note, just enter the comment in the Notes edit area in the Answer details dialog and press the ADD button (see Answer details screenshot above). All added notes and their authors are displayed in the order of creation in the Answer details window.
