The Global charts area shows the distribution of the responses for each question of the survey. The answer distribution is displayed in a configurable chart. To view the chart for a specific question:

  1. Go to ANALYSIS tab and select the questionnaire containing the question

  2. In the second row, select the question you want to analyze

  3. The default configuration of the chart is displayed in the area below the question, depending on the question type.

The chart has following configurable elements:

  1. Chart type: chose between column, pie, and bar chart column for the data visualization

  2. Data representation: select absolute to see the number of responses in the chart or relative to see the distribution of the responses in percentage

  3. Show values: if selected, shows the values corresponding to each answer in the chart

  4. Show data table: if selected, shows the data table below the chart. The data table contains the values used to populate the chart

  5. Show legend: displays the chart legend if selected

Additionally, for each question the total number of responses is displayed as well as the number of respondents that skipped the question (depending on the question configuration). Where possible, the average value and the standard deviation are displayed (depending on the question type).

For question that do not have any respondent input like: Message, Introduction, Image Stimulus and Video Stimulus the global charts area is empty. Since the Open Question does not have answers that can be represented as a distribution, for this type of question the chart is also not available.
