Image Stimulus

With the Image Stimulus type you can show an image to respondents. They can view the image on full screen (e.g. on smartphones and tablets) by tapping on it. For this type no input is expected from the respondents, it is intended just for presenting content.

If you want to use an image in combination with a question where input is expected, use the Add Media functionality available for all types of questions excepting the stimuli types.

To add an Image Stimulus to your questionnaire:

  1. Go to the DESIGN tab and click + in the Pages section

  2. In the question selection dialog, select Image Stimulus and click ADD

  3. Configure the stimulus by uploading the image to be displayed.

The Image Stimulus has following configurable elements:

  • Text: the message you want to communicate to the respondents.

  • Image*: Click on the upload button and select the image you want to display. Following formats are supported: jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, tiff, gif, svg, svgz, pjpeg, xbm, pjp, webp, ico, jfif, tif.
