This static element can be used to display a text message with extra content or description that can be accompanied by an image or a video. No input is expected from the respondent.

A message can be used for example to show an informative text to the respondents or to create an opening or closing page.

To add a message to your questionnaire:

  1. Go to the DESIGN tab and click + in the Pages section

  2. In the question selection dialog, select Message and click ADD

  3. Configure the message page.

The message page has three configurable elements:

  • Message text*: the text of the message you want to show to the respondents.

  • Details: additional information to be communicated to the respondents, like details on how to answer the question. Will be displayed in smaller font than the message text.

  • Add media: an image or video that will be displayed right below the text.
