Rating Shapes

The Rating Shapes question is a variant of the question where respondents can evaluate an item based on a variable scale of shape images like stars, smileys, hearts or unicorns. For the rating shapes no weights can be set.

To add a Rating Shape question to your questionnaire:

  1. Go to the DESIGN tab and click + in the Pages section

  2. In the question selection dialog, select Rating Shapes and click ADD

  3. Configure the question by entering the question text and selecting the scale length and the shape to be used.

The Rating Shapes question has following configurable elements:

  • Question text*: the question you want to ask your respondents.

  • Details: additional information to be communicated to the respondents, like details on how to answer the question. Will be displayed in smaller font than the message text.

  • Media: an image or video that will be displayed right below the question text.

  • Scale*: The umber of shapes to be displayed in the scale. Following values are possible: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.

  • Shape*: the image to be displayed in the scale. Following are possible: star, heart, smiley, unicorn.
