Web surveys

Get answers to your questionnaire through the web browser

Additionally to the Opiria app, surveys can also be distributed through the web. Any survey be made accessible as a web survey and can answered from any web-enabled device. The web distribution channels are:

1. Web link

2. Web QR code

3. Embedded in a website

Possibilities to distribute a web survey

Web link

Use the weblink to get a link to your survey that will open the survey in a browser window. You can distribute the web survey by sending the link (e.g. through emails) to your responder base. To access the weblink:

1. Click on the "Web link" card

2. Select the questionnaire you want to get the link for and click on COPY WEB LINK

3. Paste the link in your invitation and distribute to respondents

Web QR code

Web surveys also can be made accessible to respondents by a QR code. If someone scans the survey QR code with his smartphone, the associated survey will open in a browser window. To get the survey QR code:

1. Click on the "Web QR code" card

2. Select the questionnaire you want to get the QR code for and click on DOWNLOAD

3. Download the QR code as PDF and use it in your own material

Embedded in a website

Surveys can easily be embedded in websites. Therefore you need access to the website where you want to show the survey since a small piece of automatically generated code has to be added to the website. To embed a survey, follow the steps:

1. Click on "Website embedding"

2. For the survey you want to embed, press PREVIEW to see the preview of the embedded survey. You can directly answer the survey and scroll through the questions. Requirement: the survey has to be launched in order to see the preview.

3. Press COPY CODE to copy the piece of code that has to be pasted into the website where the survey shall be embedded.
